CANCELLATION POLICY

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to their nature, digital download orders can unfortunately not be canceled.
However, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any issue with your download or if something seems wrong, and I will happily help you in the best way I can.

PRINTED PRODUCTS
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours after an order is placed.
Orders canceled before production process begins will be fully refunded.
However, because all items are made to order, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible once production process has started.

PERSONALIZATION

Your personalization details will be printed exactly as you provide them. Please make sure to check the case and spelling, and to double-check your order details before adding to your cart and checking out.

If for some reason I have questions regarding the info you provided, I will contact you via email. If I do not hear from you within 3 days, I will send you a reminder. If no response within 48 hours, I will create your item(s) to the best of my knowledge, and ship your order as is.

GIFTS

GIFT WRAPPING
Orders are carefully packaged. Please however note that I can unfortunately not accept requests for custom/special gift wrapping at this time, sorry.

GIFT MESSAGE
I can happily have a personalized gift note from you included in the package. Please simply provide your message on the cart page when checking out, by clicking on the "Add a note for Happy Cat Prints" link and typing your gift note in the field that will appear.

SALES TAXES

When applicable, sales taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure that you provide the accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Please also double-check your shipping address in the order confirmation email you will receive after placing your order.
If you realize there is an error in the shipping address, please contact me immediately.

Please note that address changes are NO LONGER POSSIBLE once an order has been packaged and prepared for shipment.

Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any issues, delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.

If the package is returned to sender by the postal services, I will contact you to arrange reshipping. WITHIN 30 DAYS you will need to confirm the new address and pay the reshipping cost (after that, unclaimed returns will be discarded and a reprinting fee may apply).
