All products in my shop are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.

Due to their nature, digital download orders can unfortunately not be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled.

Please make sure to carefully read product details before placing your order. I always make sure that it is clearly stated in each product description that it is a digital download, and that all relevant information is provided.

However, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any issue with your download, or if something seems wrong, and I will happily help you in the best way I can.
